I provide psychotherapy in Cranston, RI. and have been in the field for over 25 years. The space is a safe, confidential, nuturing and allows one to take a deep breath and relax. This setting lends itself to insight and understanding the issues at hand.
I work with adults and teens. Issues include career counseling, depression, anxiety, trauma and self-esteem (see Specialties).
Treatment modalities used in sessions are cognitive/behavioral (CBT), mindfulness, solution focused therapy and stress management.
